Terms and Conditions for Prize Bar Competition

  1. By entering the competition each entrant accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
  2. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.
  3. Only one entry per person will be accepted per month, a bonus entry will be available by sharing the competition via Social Media.
  4. Entry is open to New Zealand and Australian residents only.
  5. No purchase is necessary to win or participate in the promotion, unless specified in the rules.
  6. Personal information provided at the time of entry is presumed to be true and, in the case of text or email notification, current, through to and beyond the date of the promotion’s completion.
  7. By entering the competition you consent to receive email communications from company, including monthly email newsletters. You may unsubscribe at anytime.
  8. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  9. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.
  10. Prize Bar is not liable for loss/damage to prizes sent by post or courier.
  11. Only entries received by the closing date specified in the advertisement will be accepted.
  12. Winners will be drawn online using an automated randomising system.
  13. Winners will be notified by the Prize Bar in association with the company through which the competition was entered.
  14. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within three days using the email address supplied, the winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
  15. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have the right to correct or remove their personal information by contacting Prize Bar.
