Terms and Conditions for Prize Bar Competition

  1. By entering the competition each entrant accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
  2. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.
  3. Only one entry per person will be accepted per month, per website Prize Bar is working on, a bonus entry will be available by sharing the competition via Social Media.
  4. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only (people residing in New Zealand).
  5. No purchase is necessary to win or participate in the promotion.
  6. Personal information provided at the time of entry is presumed to be true and, in the case of email notification, current, through to and beyond the date of the promotion’s completion.
  7. By entering the competition you consent to receive email communications from the website where you entered the competition, including monthly email newsletters. You may unsubscribe at anytime.
  8. By entering the competition you consent to receive emails from Prize Bar in relation to future competitions. We agree to only send out emails relating to competitions and/or if you are the winner of a prize. Your information will never be given to any other entity.
  9. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  10. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.
  11. Prize Bar is not liable for loss/damage to prizes sent by post or courier.
  12. Only entries received in the current month are applicable to win the prize shown.
  13. Winners will be drawn online using an automated randomising system.
  14. Winners will be notified by the Prize Bar team.
  15. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within three days using the email address supplied, the winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
  16. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
